The Focus 100 is a recessed canopy fixture, intended for fuel-station forecourts and similar soffits where the luminaire sits flush in the ceiling plane. It produces 19,800 scotopic lumens at a maximum consumption of 105 watts, with rated lamp life up to 50,000 hours — some ten years at twelve hours a day, seven days a week. Against HID the energy saving reaches about 70%, and about 50% against fluorescent lighting.

The gap between the photopic and scotopic figures is the whole argument for the fixture: 12,000 measured lumens, but close to 19,800 as the eye perceives them at forecourt light levels.
